Standard Delivery (4-7 working days): £4.00 GBP

EUROPE:

Tracked and Signed Delivery (Up to 5-10 working days): £8.95 GBP

REST OF WORLD:

Tracked and Signed Delivery (Up to 14 working days*): £18.00 GBP

*The delivery date may exceed 14 working days in some cases due to customs in some countries, Casia Intimates will not be held responsible for any delays or customs charges that may be incurred.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Should you wish to return or exchange one or more of the items you have ordered, you have 14 days from the day of receipt of the parcel to place your request.*

Items must be in original condition, unwashed, swing tags still in place. Items such as bottoms and bodysuits must have been tried on over your own lingerie and still have hygiene sticker attached. We will not accept items that have been worn or damaged. The organza bag must be included with the return.

If the return doesn’t meet these standards then a refund/exchange will not be granted and the item(s) will be sent back to the customer. Refunds are at the discretion of our returns team.

We only offer size exchanges on the same product. Where available, replacement items will be dispatched within 14 working days. If your chosen replacement size is not in stock, you will automatically be refunded and notified by email. For alternative items, please place a new order on our website or alternatively, please get in touch with our returns team.

Should a return be approved, the item amount will be refunded and may take 3-5 working days to reach your account from the day we have received the items. If your purchase was made using a gift card, the money will be refunded back to the gift card.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and postage costs for returns or exchanges are NOT covered by Casia Intimates. We advise that any parcels being returned are sent tracked as any missing parcels that do not reach the returns address will be at the responsibility of the customer.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Submit a returns request via our returns centre.

2. Pack all the returned items, along with a printed copy of your order invoice, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a parcel bag. You can use the parcel bag the items arrived in or another if you prefer. Please return your parcel as soon as your return request is approved.*

3. Go to your local post office, or another courier, to ship the package to the returns address stated in the instruction email you will receive  

Please make sure to mark item as a return clearly on the parcel or on the customs documents.

4. You will receive an email as soon as we have received your items, and if/when a refund is issued.

*Please note returns must be sent back within 28 days from the date your request is approved.
